Yes. It was "Dr. Doolittle"! And the winner of the first Needle Pulling Thread contest is Kathy Harris of Cottonwood Creations. The 1967 Christmas movie won an Oscar for it's most memorable song, "Talk to the Animals." "Here I Stand" was actually dubbed by voice talent Dianna Lee for Samantha Eggar the female lead. Kathy's prize was a fabulous fat quarter bundle of Ella Blue fabrics from Australia!

When I started this, I found out my kids (24 & 23) have never seen Dr. Doolittle...the original, not the Eddie Murphy version. SEW...it went to the top of my Netflix list!
