Wanting a simple pattern that would showcase the beauty of the Hand-dyed Jacquards dyed by the students of the Kampala School for the Physically Handicapped, a table runner was designed.  This fun, quick table runner can be made with 1 yard of the jacquard for the "hills", the backing and the binding and 1/2 yard of a background.  It's a great class for a beginner and for making gifts.

If you choose a different backing, you could make more "hills" and have a bed runner.
